The Terrace has a tall table with four chairs, gas BBQ, and tall copper torches for that Island feel. The Master Suite has full ocean views, vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, and a huge walk in closet. While the Master bath has a large tub, his and her sinks, and a seperate water closet.
