Cancellation Policy
Between the time you book your reservation and two months prior to your arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Your reservation is nonrefundable if you cancel it within the two month period prior to your arrival date.
All holiday weekends and special events are nonrefundable.
A $50.00 reservation change fee will be incurred for any reservation date changes made after we have received your initial payment as long as a given change is made at least two months prior to your arrival date.
If necessary, we reserve the right to move your reservation to a villa of comparable size.
